Leadership Ethics
An examination of the role of the theories and models related to the study of ethics and leadership. Topics may include: the development of ethical decision making strategies, ethical communication in
leadership situations, the role of the leaders in ethical responsibility, issues involving followers, the
relationship between leaders and individual and collective responsibility.
Prerequisites: OL140 or OL224/PD224 recommended.
